This policy explains what personal information Debs Healthy Sips & Sides (“we”, “us”, “Deb’s”) collects when you use this website to place an order or contact us, why we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
In short: this website has no accounts, no payments, no analytics and no advertising. Your order details are only sent to us when you choose to send them on WhatsApp. We use them to prepare and deliver your order, and we do not sell them.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Debs Healthy Sips & Sides, a home-made drinks and snacks business, decides how your order details are used. You can reach us here:
We only ask for what we need to take and deliver your order.

Delivery address
The order form, only if you choose delivery.
Items, date and time of day you need the order
Your cart and the order form.
Notes (optional)
The notes box. You may mention things like extra ice or labels. If you mention an allergy or dietary need, that can be sensitive health information, so share it only if you want us to take it into account.
Your messages to us
WhatsApp, phone calls or email, including the order message you send.
Basic technical information
Your device sends its IP address and browser details to the services that deliver this site’s files (see section 5).
The website itself does not store your name, phone number or address on any server of ours. The details you type stay on your device until you tap Send on WhatsApp (or copy the message and send it yourself). Your cart is saved in your browser so it is still there if you refresh the page (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use your information
To take, confirm, prepare and deliver your order. This includes replying with the total and delivery fee. We do this because you asked us to and because you agree to it when you tick the box on the order form.
To answer your questions and deal with problems or complaints.
To keep the records we need to run the business and meet legal duties.
To take your allergy or dietary notes into account, if you give them. We use them only to prepare your order safely.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to. We do not sell your information.
4. Your consent
The order form asks you to tick a box before you continue. The box is not ticked for you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before, and if you withdraw before your order is complete we may not be able to finish it.
5. Who we share information with
WhatsApp (Meta). When you tap Send on WhatsApp, your order message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
People who help deliver your order, if someone other than Deb delivers it. We share only what is needed for the delivery, such as your name, phone number and address.
Our website host, which delivers this website and may keep standard server logs such as IP address, time and pages requested.
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which supplies the typefaces. Loading them sends your IP address and browser details to Google.
cdnjs (Cloudflare), which supplies the library for the 3D bottle on the home page. Loading it sends your IP address and browser details to Cloudflare.
Authorities, if the law requires us to share information.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not use any advertising, analytics or social media tracking tools on this website.
6. Transfers outside Nigeria
Some of the services above, such as WhatsApp, Google and Cloudflare, may process data in other countries. We choose well-known providers that publish their own data protection terms.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order messages and delivery details only as long as we need them to complete your order, deal with any questions or complaints about it, and meet record-keeping duties. After that we delete them. Your cart stays on your device until you clear your browser data.
8. Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
delete your information, where we have no legal reason to keep it;
stop or limit how we use it, or object to a particular use;
withdraw your consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at ndpc.gov.ng (opens in a new tab). We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
10. Children
This website is for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order. If we learn that we have collected a child’s details without a parent or guardian’s consent, we will delete them.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change needs your consent, we will ask for it.
These terms apply when you use this website and place an order with Debs Healthy Sips & Sides (“we”, “us”, “Deb’s”). By sending an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. About us
We make drinks and snacks at home and sell them to order. Contact us at:
You choose items on this website and fill in your details.
You send the order summary to us on WhatsApp. This website does not take payment and does not confirm orders by itself.
Your order is only accepted when Deb replies to confirm the items, the total, the delivery fee and the date. Nothing is charged until then.
Deb will tell you how and when to pay when she confirms your order.
We may be unable to accept an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the date you want is already full. If that happens we will tell you and you will not be charged.
3. Prices
Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦). Some items show “price to be confirmed”, and we will confirm the price before we accept the order. The delivery fee is confirmed when we reply to your order. Please check the final total before you pay.
4. Made to order
Our food and drinks are made fresh in small batches. For party and bulk orders, please message us as early as you can so we can tell you whether we can do your date.
5. Delivery and pickup
The date and time of day you choose are your request. They are confirmed when Deb replies.
Please give a correct address and a phone number we can reach on the day, and make sure someone can receive the order.
If we cannot reach you or find the address, we will contact you to agree what to do next.
6. Storage and food safety
Our products are fresh and perishable. Follow any storage instructions on the label or on the menu. For example, our pouch juices say to keep them frozen or refrigerated and consume them within 5 days. Keep chilled items cold and eat or drink them promptly.
7. Allergies and dietary needs
Our food and drinks may contain, or be made near, common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, fish and meat. We cannot promise that any item is free from an allergen unless Deb confirms it to you in the WhatsApp conversation before she accepts your order. If you have an allergy or dietary need, tell us before you order.
8. Health information
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Product names such as “Detox Splash” or “Glow Up” are brand names, not claims that a product treats, cures or prevents any condition. If you are pregnant, are on medication or have a medical condition, check with a doctor before you drink or eat something new.
9. Product descriptions and photos
We try to describe our products accurately. Because they are handmade from natural ingredients, colour, taste, texture and quantity can vary a little from batch to batch, and photos are for illustration.
Please use the website only for lawful purposes and do not try to disrupt it or misuse it. We may change or remove parts of the website at any time. The website depends on services outside our control, such as WhatsApp, so we cannot promise it will always be available.
12. Our content
The logo, photos, text and design on this website belong to Debs Healthy Sips & Sides or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.
13. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our actions, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out. Nothing here stops you from going to the courts or to a consumer protection authority.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in place when you send your order applies to that order.
This page explains what this website saves on your device and which outside services it loads.
In short: we do not use cookies. We do not use advertising, analytics or social media tracking. The only thing saved on your device is your cart, and it stays there, not on our servers.
1. Do you need to accept anything?
No. Because we only save what is needed to keep your cart working, and we use no tracking, there is nothing to switch on or off and no cookie banner. If we ever add analytics, advertising or anything else that needs your consent, we will ask you first and update this page.

This is never sent to us or to anyone else. It stays in your browser. It does not contain your name, phone number or address.
3. Outside services this website loads
To show the page, your browser fetches some files from other companies. When it does, they can see your IP address and browser details, as with any website.

4. Managing what is stored
Remove items from your cart, or tap Start a new order after sending an order.
Clear this site’s data in your browser settings. This also deletes the saved cart.
If you block the outside services above, the website still works but may show default fonts and a flat bottle picture instead of the 3D one.
5. More information
See our Privacy Policy for how we use the details you send us. Questions:
Our food and drinks are fresh, made to order and perishable, so our rules are a little different from shops that sell long-life goods. This page explains what happens if you need to cancel or if something is wrong with your order.
In short: tell us as early as you can if you want to cancel. If we got your order wrong, or something is spoiled, unsafe or not as described, we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. This policy does not take away any rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
1. Cancelling or changing an order
Message or call us as soon as you know. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is.
If we have not started preparing your order, we will cancel it or change it, and we will refund anything you have already paid for it.
If we have already started or finished preparing your items, we may not be able to cancel or change the order, because the food or drink has been made for you. We will talk to you and try to find a fair solution.
2. If something is wrong with your order
Please contact us if your order:
has an item missing or the wrong item;
arrived spilled, damaged or in poor condition;
is spoiled, tastes or smells off, or may be unsafe to consume;
is not what we described.
To help us act quickly:
Contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email as soon as you notice, ideally within 24 hours of receiving it. For fresh food and drinks, the sooner the better.
Give your order reference (it starts with DH-) and a short description.
Send a clear photo of the problem, where you can.
Please keep the item until we have replied. Do not eat or drink anything you think may be unsafe.
Depending on the problem, we will replace the affected item, remake it, or refund it. If the item is unsafe, defective or does not match what we agreed with you, you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid for it. If our mistake caused extra delivery costs, we will refund the delivery fee for that part too.
If you report a problem after 24 hours, we will still look at it. Your legal rights are not lost because of the time you took to tell us.
3. Changing your mind
Once we have prepared items that you ordered correctly and that have no fault, we cannot take them back or refund them just because you changed your mind, because fresh food and drink cannot be resold.
4. How refunds are paid
We refund the same way you paid us unless we agree something different with you. We will tell you when to expect the money. If nothing was paid yet, there is nothing to refund.
5. Your legal rights
Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, gives consumers rights if goods are unsafe, defective or not as agreed. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If we cannot solve a problem together, you can contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).
